At the age of 18 Stephan shot his first commercial for C&A Young Collections and started his career as one of Germanys youngest Directors. His first feature film ("Die Einbahnstraße") received a number of awards, including Germany’s prestigious “Award of Excellence". Stephan loves putting people into the limelight and telling catchy stories at the same time. Brief, to the point, snappy and always with an authentic and fantastic cast. Consequently, the focus of his work is somewhere between storytelling, comedy, vfx and beauty. Stephan´s style is at once slick and bizarre, bold and harsh, beautiful and pure, mesmerizing and expressive. With his sense of humor and his open mind, Stephan creates a relaxed working atmosphere and turns each project he works on into an total joy for all concerned.
